[racket] slatex and conference papers

I've just had a paper that uses slatex accepted for publication at a 
Springer conference. The proceedings won't be put together using our 
camera-ready PDFs, but from the sources.

How can I package the sources so that everything compiles neatly on a 
system that doesn't have slatex?
