[racket] xmlrpc with racket problem

I got buried by life this weekend.

Dave, do you have any suspicions about how far the webserver has moved
compared to where the xmlrpc library is? I simply haven't used Scheme
for the better part of six months or more, and don't have a sense for
where things are right now.
