[racket] setup-plt has lots of errors

Most of them look like this:

setup-plt: rendering: unstable/scribblings/unstable.scrbl
WORKER ERROR call-with-input-file: cannot open input file:
"/var/tmp/racket/doc/htdp-langs/out.sxref" (No such file or directory;
errno=2)
STDOUT

Everything seems to work correctly. Should I be concerned?
