[racket] quack-view-keyword-docs

it says here:
For PLT Scheme users is recommended to download manuals for this
implementation from the project's site, and install them into doc
collection.

but when i follow the project's site link:
http://download.plt-scheme.org/doc/

i get the plt scheme is now racket.

so i go to www.racket-lang.org/documentation and see some fantastic
stuff (the incremental search manual for instance), but how do i
download docs so i can do the view keyword docs thing in quack (which i
presume is supposed to work like hyperspec in common lisp?).
