[racket] error without identifier information

error without identifier information
could somebody tell me
what I have to do when error reference to an identifier before its
definition:  arise?
it's weired that this error is not such a
reference to an identifier before its definition: value-a nor
reference to an identifier before its definition: func-b

If it gives which identifier arises error, it would be easy to fix it but
there is no identifier information in the error
