[racket] hosting web apps

We use bytemark.co.uk VMs at the moment. In the last few days I've
been looking into the (non-)work that is necessary to get Racket
running on EC2. In summary, all you need is a standard Linux VM (e.g.
AMIs from alestic.com) and install Racket like you normally would.
