[racket] Lisp game development on Reddit

I think this would be really cool!  I was thinking of doing this for my
own edification.  It might be fun for interested parties to work on this
together and/or compare notes as we go along.  (This might provide me
personally with just enough incentive to actually follow through on this
project, something I have trouble with otherwise...)
