[plt-scheme] Futures on intel pentium dual core E6500

Hi, 
This may be more a question for windows help desk, but the latter rarely
responds. I have an intel pentium dual core E6500 processor running under
control of Windows 7. However, procedure processor-count tells me only one
processor is available. Is it processible to make DrScheme/Racket see both
processors? If so, how would I do that?
