[plt-scheme] I miss end-of-time...

OK, I'm getting confused here.

1.  What are the important differences between stop-with and end-of-time?

2.  Does render get called again after stop-with?  Does the behavior of
stop-with depend on whether stop-with is called from a key handler or tick
handler?
