[racket] create-embedding-executable

Maybe it could be a good idea to add an example like this one in the docs,
because it took quite some time to find out (but not really understand) that
one.

Maybe this is stupid, but could it be possible to disable debugging
dynamically to parameterize the call to `create-embedding-executable' ?
