[racket] keybinding help needed

Jens, thanks for the link to Kyle Smith's old post, which I'll study
carefully.  The relevant sentence there was

When I first posted, I was just whinging for handholding, but I hadn't
even tried to modify the one example, and after a few hours I had what
I wanted.  I posted again just to say how hard it was to find the
info.  Kyle explained that point much better than I did.
