[racket] How do I uninstall a teachpack?

Do note that you can install a new version over an existing version.  That
is, you can re-Add a teachpack even if it's already installed.

Here is my location on Windows:
"C:\Documents and Settings\$USER\Application
Data\Racket\5.0\collects\installed-teachpacks\compiled"
