[racket] tool: show module exports

If I can't have the integration with check syntax, can I get a variation on this: 

  the tool should act like F1 in DrRacket. 
  Click on a require path and press F1. 
  Instead of opening HelpDesk, however, 
  the tool opens a window and lists all exports from the module 
  (and ideally it should list them as hyperlinks that point to their documentation
   in a sense, that's why we have scribble, right?)
