[racket] rotate an image using 2htdp/image

Hi guys,

Hope you all having a great day.

I got a question for you all.

I am trying to rotate an image around a certain point. Using the 2htdp/image
and its rotate function, it seems to be rotating the image.

But what is it rotating around?
