[plt-scheme] PLT Algol 60 - getting started

So I'm trying to experiment with PLT Algol 60 (you lot put me up to
this - remember). I have found a noddy(easy to read) book on the
subject (reading the revised report just isn't going to happen).

It can't get anything to run, (probably dialect issues).

If I could just have some code snippets that I could type in, get to
parse correctly and play with, then I'm sure I could make a fist of
it. Nothing complicated - adding 2 numbers would do for a start.
