[plt-scheme] Is there still no scrollable panel available?

Some incompatibility seems inevitable, but most programs should work
unmodified. We won't know whether compatibility will be 90% or 99%
until we get further along.

Cocoa, Gtk, and possibly Win32 (or maybe just using Gtk under Windows).
Qt may be an option, eventually.
