[plt-scheme] change default log viewing level to "info"? (if not already so)

It seems like "info" would be a saner default viewing level for DrScheme's 'log' window.  I see that this is somewhat persistent, so perhaps this is just a problem with my prefs, but opening a new window reverts the default to "info", so I'm guessing that it's an actual DrS default setting.
