[plt-scheme] [ANN] BZLIB/PLANET.plt - a local planet proxy/repository ==> Re: planet proxy/mirror

This is really cool. As part of my build process for planet packages
I'd like to automate more than the Planet API conveniently supports.
It looks like this will help. If I ever get the time I'd like to rip
apart and improve the Planet API, which is something we'd both benefit
from I think.
