[plt-scheme] Round / floor / etc. returning real numbers

Hi all,

Somewhere between 4.2.2 and the current trunk all the rounding
functions changed from real -> integer to real -> real. Is this part
of the performance improvements for numeric code? I'm just a bit
surprised about this change (which has broken some Typed Scheme code
of mine -- but that is easy to fix).
