[plt-scheme] Printable Documentation

There are PDFs of the pre-release documentation:

http://pre.plt-scheme.org/docs/pdf/

I'm not sure where the PDFs for the last release are. I'm sure someone
will respond.

You can generate one if you have LaTeX installed with:

cd $PLTCOLLECTS/collects/scribblings/reference
scribble --pdf reference.scrbl
