[plt-scheme] Re: Ryan's dissertation

It might be nice to consolidate lists of PLT Scheme related papers on the 
readscheme site - http://library.readscheme.org/ - under a PLT Scheme 
dedicated section (if the readscheme folks don't mind). 

Then the normal mailing list and/or PLT Scheme blog can notify the faithful 
of any new entries. 

This would remove the need for a brand new wiki to be maintained, and 
increase the size and utility of a central repository of scheme related 
research papers that already exists.
