[plt-scheme] PLaneT index in a data format?

PLaneT's main page shows all the packages in an HTML format with
duplicates if a package is in two sections.

Is there a version of that main page in a data format like JSON, XML,
CSV, etc without the duplicates? A true index list that can easily be
loaded into a program and manipulated.

(If the answer is no then is screen scraping PLaneT's main page the
only real option?)
