[plt-scheme] PLT Scheme v4.2.2

I've installed 4.2.2 on Mac OSX Snow Leopard 10.6 and it seems to work
fine, but I noticed today that the Help -> Help Desk menu item takes
me to the PLT web site rather than a local copy as previous versions
did. How can I make sure all the documentation is installed and
accessed locally?
