[plt-scheme] Has anyone written an automated web browser?

I suspect the answer is no, given what I've seen (as I understand it
Delirium, for instance, only runs against the Scheme web server).  We would
like something that allows us to browse the web controlled by coded logic
instead of a human.  If it already exists, great, if not, I guess we'll have
to write it.
