[plt-scheme] documentation feature requests

I'm using mostly #lang scheme, scheme/gui, scheme/gui/dynamic, and  
plot. Some of my students are using a bunch of other stuff too -- some  
of them are pretty independent.

BTW there are indeed some sections of the documentation for these  
parts of the system that have lots of good examples, but there are  
also some with none, or with only occasional examples of unusual  
calls, and some with only a few.
