[plt-scheme] Scheme productivity data point

Nowadays, there are lots of cheap ways to build, borrow, or rent a cheap 
distributed, cluster, or hard-wired supercomputer for many purposes.

But, when thinking about viability of Scheme or any other platform, 
rather than try to do the math on vague general situations and imagined 
numbers, I think it's easier to start with specific real problems and 
reason about good ways to satisfy the project requirements.  One can 
make sure Scheme always gets considered as part of the solution.
