[plt-scheme] Registering another editor<%>

I'm trying to add "grid.ss" as a third kind of built-in `editor<%>',
but I'm having a little dificulty getting started. I'm duplicating
pasteboard to start with, have started renaming identifiers, but I
can't get past cycle.ss - should I be registering this new editor
somewhere else?
