Thanks.  I've used a version of "spgsql" a long time ago, but decided 
I'd really want something based on "libpq" for PostgreSQL.  (Actually, I 
built such a beast for PLT 2xx, but would rather use something someone 
else maintains than revive my old code.)

I will take a look at Snooze now.
