[plt-scheme] Getting Fluxus to work with PLT Scheme

if you using the release tarball, the SConstruct file should be in the
top level directory (eg. fluxus-0.16rc2/SConstruct )you shoudl run scons
in that directory. if that doesn't work try the git repo at savannah.

git clone git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/fluxus.git

if you are still having problems,  i would suggest asking on the fluxus
