[plt-scheme] non-custom print

Speaking of printable<%>, how do you access the default (non-custom)
printer?  Say I implement custom-display in a class, but I want the
write behavior to stay the same, i.e. "#(struct:object:foo% ...)".
What do I put in the custom-write method?
