[plt-scheme] Requiring PLaneT packages without building their documentation

Hi all,

Is it possible to require a PLaneT package into a file without
building the accompanying scribble files? When we deploy code to a
server it spends quite some time compiling documentation for packages,
often with errors, and there is zero chance we could examine the
documentation (as the server doesn't run X).

Also, is it possible to install a version of PLT itself without
compiling the documentation, for much the same reason?
