[plt-scheme] .DrScheme?
Plugins are executed when drscheme starts up (and can install code
that gets executed at lots of different times).
I only said that because I understood you wanted to add keybindings to
DrScheme. Adding keybindigns to drscheme is much easier via the
earlier method.
