[plt-scheme] [ and ] in scribble

It would be nice to have a proper scribble mode for drscheme. In the
meantime you can disable that preference or you can type control-[ to
make a [ appear. (Note that you'll probably find the tabbing setup to
also be a bit of a pain ...)
