[plt-scheme] Tip: installing PLAI Scheme in DrScheme 4.2

I have had the same memory limit problem when installing a different 
PLaneT package.

Perhaps the DrScheme default memory limit should be higher, if the 
PLaneT installer cannot run reliably within the default limit.

Incidentally, while hassling with this and other PLaneT-related oopses 
recently, I made a very simple script for emptying out "~/.plt-scheme"
