[plt-scheme] Scribble and here strings

This might answer my next question, namely how to include
source code from an external file.

I tried using the function external-file from
http://pre.plt-scheme.org/plt/collects/web-server/scribblings/tutorial/tutorial-util.ss
but it barfs on files with #, in.
