[plt-scheme] Scheme exercise(image.ss)

The issue with my solution is that i returns the same value no matter what
the input is which is certainly not desired.Is there a way where i can
extract the images from the passed(traffic-light) ie , extract the
LIGHT-FRAME, GREEN and YELLOW and just make the RED part of the new image as
a white circle.This is like i know what to do but don't know how to do.
