[plt-scheme] Question based on compound data type

As per Mattias's suggestion i made up a problem in my words, i had read
section 7 by then so i came up with this.


For any valid shape check if a point lies inside the shape .Valid shapes
here are circle and rectangle.Where a circle is made up of center  and
radius and a rectangle is made up of origin , height and width.

Please suggest if this is the right problem definition , if not then please
help me in correcting it so that i can solve it.
