[plt-scheme] Where is tex2page.sty?

Where can I find tex2page.sty?  It's not in collects/tex2page.

I had a feeling I had asked this before, and a web search for
tex2page.sty does turn up my name:

I think it never got answered then; I probably just downloaded it from
somewhere, because I know I've used it successfully since then.  But
shouldn't it be included with PLT Scheme?
