[plt-scheme] newbie: web server tutorial questions

There was another tutorial http://docs.plt-scheme.org/more/index.html that
put the code on the side, but perhaps the inline method is better because it
forces the newbie to read.  By the way, the whole plt-scheme effort is great
advertising for Brown.  This stuff is so cool, it's got me browsing through
Brown pages looking at degree programs!
