[plt-scheme] Player/Stage (robot simulator) bindings

Hello,

Has anyone worked on binding Player/Stage (a robot simulator) to PLT
Scheme? If not, I'll do it myself, but I'd like to build on existing
work if possible.

(There is nothing in Planet, but that doesn't mean no-one has done it...)
