[plt-scheme] new bug test results for the intermittent file explorer hanging problem previously reported

I have a similar problem on a HP laptop with Vista SP1 (french) and whatever
version of DrScheme.
The save box freezes, but it ephemerally unfreezes each time I move the
mouse cursor out and in of the dialog box.

On my XP SP2 or SP3 though, there is no problem.
