[plt-scheme] New HtDP in the works?

Speaking of which...

I've been meaning to ask about this for a long time now only, I haven't the
time...until someone brought up HtDP2e :D I don't know if this has been
mentioned before but, as I cannot find the issue anywhere else, I'll assume
I'm the first ;)

It seems that there is something wrong with the lay-out of
http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/matthias/HtDP2e/prologue.html (I attached screen
shots from my machine, coming from Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet
Explorer)

I first noticed this in Chrome 2.x but I thought the fault was with Chrome.
I reported it to Google then waited for version 3. Now on 3.0.195.33, it's
still there. So I tried it in Firefox 3.5.3 without much luck. Then I viewed
it in IE6. It seems to me that IE is the clear winner this time.

(And, if it matters, I'm on Windows XP SP3) Any thoughts on this?
