[plt-scheme] Way to insert arbitrary web links in Scribble document?

You are correct and I feel stupid for missing that. I had tried searching for

scribble link

and didn't find anything. Then I went to make sure that was correct
and saw (for the first time) the [?] and [!] links. Sure enough

M:scribble link

returned the part I had missed.
