[plt-scheme] Gif in canvas

I used to maintain wish lists in my todos, but I found that the wish
list grew without bound and I never referred to the list anyway -- I
never lacked for a project to work on. Now I just store the tasks for
projects I'm actively working on and trust my memory to remember the
good ideas and time to make the bad ones irrelevant.

There used to a be PLT wish list, but I don't think anyone ever worked
on those projects.

Do others have different experiences with wish lists?
