Whatever works for you.  I was thinking "sa-ke" like the Japanese rice
wine, but "sayke" rhyming with make and rake is also an option.

Yup.  Another thing to add is file-based dependencies like Make.  I
didn't have the need for this release but can see they would be
useful.
