[plt-scheme] Differences between PLT and R6RS?

With all the current discussion about the differences between PLT and 
R6RS, has anyone compiled a list of what these differences actually 
are? And, on top of that, ways to emulate PLT-specifics using R6RS?

As a beginning user of PLT scheme, I tend to an opportunistic position. 
I see the value of standard, R6RS, code, however, I have no qualms to 
take advantage of PLT-specific functionality where useful.
