[plt-scheme] R6RS is useful for PLT, and, PLT is useful for R6RS

PLaneT has a lot of code. How much of it could be backported to R6RS?

Using DrScheme to write and run the same code that you run in any
other R6RS compliant Scheme distribution is pretty neat. It leverages
their investment in the tool and the runtime.
