[plt-scheme] split window & keybindings

Hi,

1. Is it possible to split the drscheme editing window vertically and
horizontally? I seem to remember a preference setting but I can't find
it in DS or in the Docs.

2. can the (define ...) button be accessed by the keyboard, or is it
mouse only?  (ditto for the file/path browser button)
