[plt-scheme] PLaneT vs scribble and v4 info.ss

Hi all,

I'm in a similar position to Noel. I just released dispatch.plt and  
people are asking questions that are answered in the docs, which  
aren't being displayed on PLaneT.

Does PLaneT support Scribble docs yet? Or should I provide the  
documentation elsewhere online?

In fact, when I uploaded the package, the uploader didn't understand  
any of my metadata and I had to re-enter it myself. My info.ss is  
written in PLT4 style with the #lang header - perhaps this is the  
source of the problem?
