[plt-scheme] R6RS

Is it a goal between the R6RS implementers that there, for example,
only need be one implementation of a given R6RS library or perhaps
SRFI that would end up being used between all of them?

It seemed like one of the goals of R6RS was to get a better re-ruse
between implementers, but the implementers clearly have a better take
on what they all want to achieve with R6RS.
